Bold Florals
Florals, florals everywhere….florals, florals on my chair! Yeah, this is no big news…florals have been exploding on the scene since 2012 and still going strong…but that won’t stop me from sharing my favorite bold florals These fav’s are not for the faint hearted.
Wild Wild Horses
There is something about a horse that I find strikingly beautiful. I have been book marking art of horses for a long time now in hopes it would work for the perfect project one day. I imagine a very large print used as a headboard, over a couch or in a formal dining room. After being brought to tears from a budweiser commercial last night during the superbowl, never thought I would say that, I couldn’t help to revisit the pictures. I mean seriously, a horse and his trainer reunite while fleetwood mac is playing, that is just a recipe for tears.
Floral Wallpaper
I have been trying to figure out what I want to do with my office once the basement is done. We have been moving along fast, until a flood put things on hold…but you can’t put my mind on hold once it starts going. I am infatuated with the idea of a super girly, pink floral wallpaper. We have decided on dark brown tiles that look like wood and I think I am reusing my old dark brown desk. The wallpaper will be a nice contrast to all the dark materials. These are the wallpapers that I currently have bookmarked, but I still have some time to browse around.
Steve thinks they are all ugly….but I wouldn’t expect a guy to think a room covers in flowers to be pretty…..at least not the type that I would expect to marry me.

Grand Tour- Funky Flat in London
This is such a fun, colorful flat with original charm and feminine accents. I love the pops of color and variety of patterns. It pretty much has everything I love…..wallpaper, vintage mirrors, chandeliers and furry throws. The mouldings, weathered floors, and moody colors give this space some serious charm.
Spaces like this give me the same feeling as when I see a women with short boy hair or tattoos all up her arms and I think to my self “ I want to be that kind of girl”….but Im not…..I am a long haired, virgin skined, white couch kinda girl….for now.
